Contracts

BRI does not use contracts that are designed to trap customers. All of our contracts supply a 90-day out clause and we have never had a customer invoke this clause. We believe that the secret to good business is to provide the service as expected and we are proud of the fact that in 13 years we have never lost a customer due to service or pricing issues. Our original customers still utilize our services 13 years later.

Pricing

We really do try to keep things simple and above board. NO hidden costs, NO maint. fees, NO gas surcharge, NO account service fee, none of the numerous fees the other companies charge. What is advertised on the home web page is exactly what you pay for any amount up to a 44gal. container. (Some restrictions apply).

Scheduling

Your facility is in charge of the frequency of your pickups, not BRI. Customers are only charged for scheduled or requested pickups, not on a blanket monthly fee. If your facility does not need its scheduled pickup, you can call prior to the pickup date and cancel. There will be no charge. Customers that chose to be on a call in basis will not be assured of same day pickup, but they will be expedited as soon as possible. Usually within 2 working days.

Compliance

Current regulations require processing of RMW for 30 minutes at 250 degrees. BRI processes for 45 minutes at 300 degrees, exceeding regulatory standards. As added insurance, each load is processed utilizing sterile indicators to assure a safety level above the industry
standard.
